Dry Skin Solution

You probably have noticed that your skin gets dry and flaky in Fall. Here are a few solutions that you could try at home.

1. Use a humidifier in your bedroom.
2. Put a glass of water on your bedside table while you sleep at night.
3. Take vitamin A daily.
4. Limit your shower time to no more than 15 minutes and use warm water instead of hot water.
5. Apply moisturizer right after shower while your skin is still damp to lock in moisture.
