Diet for beautiful skin

I put moisturizer on everyday, but I still get dry skin on my legs, only legs. Why? So, I did some research, here is what I found. To get beautiful skin, you need to feed it inside out.

1. Drink 6-8 glasses of water everyday.
2. Intake vitamin A, sources of vitamin A are liver, fish liver oils, milk, milk products, eggs. But don't intake too much vitamin A. You could develop vitamin A toxicity. For women, it is 800 micrograms of RE per day.
3. Eat lots of food that contains vitamin E, unprocessed vegetable oils, nuts, seeds, wheat germ.

Dry Skin Solution

You probably have noticed that your skin gets dry and flaky in Fall. Here are a few solutions that you could try at home.

1. Use a humidifier in your bedroom.
2. Put a glass of water on your bedside table while you sleep at night.
3. Take vitamin A daily.
4. Limit your shower time to no more than 15 minutes and use warm water instead of hot water.
5. Apply moisturizer right after shower while your skin is still damp to lock in moisture.

Try these tips first and see how your skin feels.
