I lost 5 pounds in 3 days with this recipe

I have just lost 5 pounds in 3 days with this recipe. I have seen this recipe in Taiwan when I was younger. It claims this recipe has chemical reaction, so you are not suppose to substitute or change any ingredients in this 3 day diet. This recipe was written in Chinese. I translated into English for my dear friends and followers or people who wants to lose weight. Please write comments and let me know how it works for you.

Day 1:
Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee or tea ( no sugar or cream added, of course!) + 1 piece of toast + 2 teaspoons of peanut butter + half grapefruit
Lunch: 1 cup of black coffee or tea +1 piece of toast + half can of tuna (in water)
Dinner: 1 cup of black coffee or tea +1 apple + any white meat ( 85 g) (either boil or bake, no oil added, only salt and pepper are allowed) + 1 cup of green beans (either boil or bake, no oil added, only salt and pepper are allowed) + 1 cup of red grapes + 1 cup of vanilla ice cream ( Yes! You heard it right, it's ice cream! )


Day 2:
Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee or tea ( no sugar or cream added, of course!) + 1 piece of toast + 1 boiled egg + half banana ( I don't understand why only half. What am I going to do with the other half?) 
Lunch: 1 cup of black coffee or tea +1 cup of yogurt  + 2 pieces of cracker 
(It doesn't let us eat much for lunch on the second day.........) Don't cheat! You are half way through. 
Dinner: 1 cup of black coffee or tea +1 apple + half cup of red grapes + half cup of vanilla ice cream (Only half cup this time) + half banana + 2 small hot dogs or 1 big hot dog (Yuk! I never like hot dogs) + 1 cup of broccoli 
(Dinner on second day is not bad, I was pretty full when I finish eating them all)

Day 3:
Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee or tea  + 1 apple + 1 piece of low fat cheese + 1 piece of cracker
Lunch: 1 cup of black coffee or tea +1 piece of toast + 1 boiled egg
Dinner: 1 cup of black coffee or tea +1 can of tuna + 1 cup of red grapes + half banana ( Again?! )
+ 1 cup of cauliflower + half cup of vanilla ice cream + 1 honeydew or cantaloupe (Yes! The whole one.) 

PS. Drink lots of water in between the meals to speed up your metabolism and help you to stay feeling full.
